METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line a flat baking sheet with wax paper or lightly grease with butter.
3. In a bowl combine flour, salt and baking powder.
4. Stir until the mixture is combined.
5. In a separate bowl, with a whisk, cream the margarine and sugar together until a fluffy consistency is reached.
6. Add in the milk and beat the mixture together until combined.
7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture.
8. Stir until just combined. Add the chocolate and mix to combine.
9. Scoop out 10-12 portions of dough and roll into balls. Press each roll down with a fork to achieve desired cookie shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes then remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool before serving.
