INGREDIENTS:

1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
¼ cup (24g) cocoa powder
5 tbsp. (38g) powdered sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla extract

 

METHOD:

  1. Whip the Cream – In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken but doesn’t form peaks.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients – Sift in the cocoa powder and powdered sugar to remove any lumps.
  3. Add Vanilla – Pour in the vanilla extract for extra flavour.
  4. Combine – Gently fold the ingredients together with a spatula or mix on the lowest speed until fully combined.
  5. Whip to Peaks – Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and whip until medium-stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Serve & Enjoy – Divide into serving dishes and top with whipped cream, berries, or chocolate shavings for an extra indulgent touch.
